The tips in this were very useful but the formatting made it difficult to read, and there were numerous punctuation and grammar errors. The layout also makes it difficult to find what you are looking for in a hurry. Looking at the number of pages it can appear that there aren't many tips in this, but the formatting is so bad that it's easy to underestimate the number of them. With a good formatting clean up this would be a four-star book.Product details

I've only looked at the Look Inside. In that scant 2-3 pages, I learned two things I didn't know that might be useful (one, if it works, will be useful right now!). I also saw typos (brow sugar), repeated lines (how to cut hot cake and the two after it show up twice, as does the cover image), and awkward phrasing and formatting (bolded tip titles, combined with no spacing between the tips, make it very hard to read). I hope the authors will be willing to take this little book of tips and fix it so that it's actually readable - if I bought it, I'd do the reformatting myself to make it readable for me, but I don't think it's worth my time. It shouldn't be hard to clean it up, and it would sell a lot better.
A quick read. There are some interesting tips offered. I usually love old-fashioned hints and tips. A little too thin for the price asked.
